Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-08-19

This document is a working draft prepared by EmailRoute and is pending review by qualified legal counsel.

What we collect

Account information — name, email address, phone number where required, and your customer ID.

Transaction information — wallet top-ups, orders, payment status and transaction references. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Service information — email identities, rental details, message metadata and service usage.

Technical information — IP address where applicable, device and browser information, security logs and authentication activity.

Why we process it

To provide and operate the service, process payments, secure the platform, detect and investigate abuse, meet accounting and legal obligations, and support customers.

Message privacy

EmailRoute receives, processes and stores messages sent to addresses managed through the platform so we can display them to you. Messages are protected by access controls and encrypted in transit. Authorised administrators can technically access message content for abuse investigations, support requests, security incidents and lawful requests. Infrastructure providers process messages on our behalf. We do not claim messages are inaccessible to everyone.

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure, email-routing and payment providers acting on our instructions, and with authorities where legally required.

Retention

Messages and account records are retained according to the Message Retention Policy and applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through our privacy contact. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting and security reasons.
