During an active rental
Messages received while a rental is active are stored and displayed in your inbox in line with the platform's configured retention period.
After a rental expires
New incoming messages stop being accepted for that address. Historical messages already received may remain visible to you for the published retention period, after which they may be removed.
Account deletion
When you request account deletion:
- Deleted — profile details, saved preferences, API keys and access to your inbox history.
- Retained — payment and wallet records required for accounting and tax purposes, and security or abuse records, for the period required by applicable law.
We do not promise indefinite retention of message content.
